Reverend Father Sean Henry (Cathedral Dean)
Before I was ordained as a Priest, I graduated in Theology and later as a Registered Nurse. My back ground was in Emergency and Acute Medicine, but for the latter part of my career I worked as a Matron and then Deputy Director of Nursing. Skills which compliment priestly ministry. I trained for the priesthood in Rome and I’m delighted to now be in Shrewsbury at the Cathedral Parish to work alongside the wonderful cathedral team and parishioners.

Laura Butcher (Cathedral Secretary)
Laura has been with us for five years and thoroughly enjoys her role as the cathedral secretary; liaising with parishioners, organising the weekly newsletter and dealing with myriad things – making her a fantastic multitasker!
Richard Keddie (Cathedral Events & Development Officer)
Richard, has been with us for five years and looks after the Cathedral’s recital programmes, as well as any fundraising and promotion for the Cathedral
He has successfully rebuilt a rebranding of the Cathedral, and works with local press to keep the Cathedral and Orchard café at the forefront of Shrewsbury’s tourist and visitor destinations.
