The parish links with Shrewsbury Street Pastors and Barnabas Community Projects, receiving donations from the community and delivering outreach support and comfort to those in need within the town.
The Saint Vincent de Paul society (SVP) members visit and befriend lonely people, in their own homes and sometimes in hospital or in prison. They also provide material assistance to local people who are poor or destitute and give financial support to SVP colleagues working to relieve the effects of poverty in Africa and India.
CARITAS are the social and community work agency of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Shrewsbury, working with children and families.
